•You, the customer, certify that the email address you provide is a valid email address and one that you use and check regularly.

•Unless prior arrangements have been made, Nimbus Editing will only accept documents submitted via the Document Submission Form. You will receive the edited version of your document via email attachment—it is your responsibility to ensure that your email provider allows the receipt of the necessary attachments.

•Nimbus Editing will only accept the online payment method(s) provided. We do not accept checks, cash, or other payment alternatives.

•According to our Privacy Policy, any information you send to Nimbus Editing is kept strictly confidential. Nimbus Editing will never sell, share, or give away your email address or other personal information.

•Nimbus Editing will never see your payment details, and will never ask for them directly. 

•Nimbus Editing handles refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact Nimbus Editing in writing with a detailed account of your discontent. 

•You, the customer, agree to accept full liability for damages incurred to Nimbus Editing resulting from any electronic communication. This liability includes, but is not limited to, all liability resulting from any virus, malware, spyware, or worm.

•You, the customer, certify that by sending or transmitting any written work to Nimbus Editing, you are not in violation of any local, state, or federal laws.

•Nimbus Editing reserves the right to refuse service to any party for reasons including, but not limited to, suspecting the submitted documents are plagiarized.
